  • Removable stainless steel tank mounted on a heavy-duty steel plate which is supported by a replaceable ring bearing
  • The ring bearing removes the load of the slurry and tank from the drive components, therefore, increasing their life.
  • Automatic lubrication units reduce maintenance time and assure proper bearing lubrication
  • Full bottom tank coverage mixing plows. Slurry tanks 48 inches in diameter and larger have 2 plows. Replaceable slurry deflectors (wear cover) bolt to the bottom plow and the vertical leg. The plow assembly is adjustable both vertically and horizontally to reduce slurry crust build up and tank cleaning.
  • Optional plows with cooling water connections for the customer’s evaporative or chilled water connections are available
  • An optional slurry temperature control system is available
  • The slurry tank frame is all welded structural steel with removable covers. Handles are provided on all covers to reduce the risk of employee injury. The unit is prime coat painted with a standard eggshell-white enamel finish.
  • Forklift provisions are provided for rear access.
  • The slurry tanks come standard with an adjustable frequency drive with local speed and run control.
  • A heavy-duty sealed foot switch is available for manual operations
