Vulcan manufactures several sizes of Rotary Screens for the removal of core butts and other tramp materials from the Sand System. Made from 1/4 inch C.S. Plate with 3/8 inch Gusset Plates & Stiffeners at Bearing Mounts. Equipped with a Dust Hood made of 10 Gage steel with inspection doors and Flanged outlet for Ventilating Air. Also, equipped with an Overs Chute to allow discharged material to dump out into Customer supplied Tote Box at the floor level.
