- Covered screw take-up at the tail pulley.
- Expanded metal guard covering all pinch points in tail section.
- Head pulley support fabricated of extra heavy structural angle.
- Counterweight double-blade belt scraper.
- 3/8 in Vulcanized lagging with herringbone grooving.
- Reducers are Dodge shafts mounted, torque are type of AGMA Class II with tapered.
- Roller bearings
- Integral backstops provided where required.
- Skirt boards with adjustable rubber blades are mounted on the channel stringers at load points.
- Deck plate to stiffen frames and help control dust.
- Flat idlers or troughed depending on application
- Extra idlers at load points
