Aerator Overbelt 48
Vulcan’s Overbelt Aerator conditions and blends sand to improve sand usability.
- Chevron-type aerator wheels with heavy plate, hard surfaced blades for longer life
- Full length vertically adjustable rubber belt skirts to eliminate sand spillage – also included at lead-in and exit areas
- Flexible rubber baffles on the interior of the discharge end to retain sand
- Anti-friction, foundry type bearings and cast iron sheaves are used throughout
- Extra heavy construction with over-sized shafts and bearings – housing of 1/4″ plate with access doors.
- Includes motor with necessary V-belt drives, guard and adjustable motor base.
- Blends sand up to 5 in deep on belt conveyor
