Severe-Duty Robot and Manipulator

ACTION Robots and Manipulators are customer-configured to suit both production and site requirements.  Modular design provides flexibility in installation.  The parallelogram boom allow maximum horizontal and vertical reach while maintaining stability and a large useful payload capacity, even at full reach.  360° rotation assures a large working envelope.

Four Control Options:

Four levels of control sophistication are available: simple levers, joystick, "master-slave" pantograph or fully robotic control.

 

High-Performance Hydraulic Features

Lock valves for safety, extra filtration, positive direct drive pumps and anti-leak circuits are standard.  Options include closed center circuits, short path servo-valve assemblies and oversize pumps with accumulator.

Flexible Modular Construction

You choose tooling, mounting, control cab and hydraulic power unit location that suits your production and installation requirements.
