Our line of Bead Fill Injectors are engineered and manufactured for unsurpassed performance. The quick access design allows for very quick disassembly and cleaning. The injectors can be taken apart and inspected without the use of tools, while the barrel of the injector is still mounted in the tool. Our special venturi design in the barrel creates an additional suction and helps to transport more beads per second.
Two standard sizes are available: (244.5 mm barrel length and 344.5 barrel length). Custom barrel lengths and custom injector configurations are also available for your specific tooling fill requirements.
